1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Clause 1.1

Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any services on the bggame platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. bggame may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your bggame account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the bggame platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods belonging to the same individual — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bggame reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.

bggame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time deemed appropriate, bggame may require you to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to:

A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
Proof of residential address dated within 90 days
Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
A selfie photograph for identity confirmation

Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe specified by bggame support will be suspended until verification is finalised.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Clause 2.1

Accepted Payment Methods

Clause 2.2

Own-Name Transactions Only

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party transactions — where the name on the payment account does not match the name on your bggame account — are prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be voided and returned, and the associated bggame account may be suspended pending investigation.

Clause 2.3

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements remaining outstanding. Processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. bggame reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Clause 2.4

Currency

All transactions on the bggame platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where currency conversion is required due to the nature of a payment method, the applicable exchange rate will be applied at the time of the transaction. bggame is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

bggame offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all bggame promotions unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms.

Wagering Requirements All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and associated winnings are non-withdrawable.

Bonus Expiry Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

Bonus Abuse Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

One Bonus Per Household Promotional bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and device. Where bggame detects that multiple accounts belonging to the same household or IP address are claiming the same promotion, it reserves the right to cancel the duplicate bonus claims.

Welcome Bonus: New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. 4. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

Game Outcomes

Bets Are Final

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. bggame reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunction, or where the integrity of the event or game has been compromised. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game, bet, or transaction, bggame will investigate the incident and apply a fair resolution. No obligation exists to honour bets or payouts that result from a technical error. bggame will notify affected players and issue a credit or refund as appropriate within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Responsible Gaming Obligations

Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.

Reality Checks and Time-Out Players can enable session time alerts and request temporary time-out periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account will be suspended for the chosen duration and cannot be reactivated early.

7. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bggame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. bggame's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

bggame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

A responsible gaming concern has been identified and self-exclusion tools have been requested or triggered
bggame is required to act by law, regulation, or a competent authority

Clause 8.2

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures or pending investigation holds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, cheating, or material Terms breach may forfeit their balance without entitlement to a refund.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions
